On Wednesday, 20 September, the mentoring programme for young women, for young female scientists and students took place on the topic of “Do’s and Don’ts in Career Planning”. During this CPEC-financed meeting, in which our junior researcher Dr. Alisa Kovtunova was one of the teaching partners, the 16 participating female students received valuable tips and advice from the junior researchers on the topics of doctoral studies, working in research projects, publications, and how it feels to work as a woman in the science system. The exchange was described by all participants as constructive and very informative and everyone is looking forward to the continuation of the programme with many interesting formats.
